Introductory Training
'i learned to allow my movement to guide me and to trust that it can be spontaneous, opening up so much wisdom that lay within me. I lost, quite quickly, the critic or the hypervigilance that can follow me into situations like this. A gained sense of freedom within the group that was nurtured by the trust and love of the work exuded by the facilitators. I found my voice, and working within a group to create something with narrative through the medium of the body was fundamental to the experience.'
Participant on s Sesame Introductory Course.
'I arrived at the Sesame voice session as a professional. I became aware of a fragile voice which I tried to push away. Suddenly I found myself in a sound-proof space where I could only hear my own voice. I was descending into myself where my voice had been locked away. I found myself kneeling to honour this fragile but precious voice. I came away feeling that I had made a new acquaintance with myself and I wanted to discover more.'
Participant on a Sesame Introductiory Course.
